This gives you a good close up view of my technique. I've patterned my technique after basically studying the drawings of Ed Walby, the guy that really got me started in all this.

Title: Shuttle Launch at Night
Medium: Pen and ink
Surface: Paper
Year: 1994
Location: My own collection
This was a quick little drawing I did after coming back for vacation in Florida. We went down there to watch a shuttle launch, of STS-72 I believe, but it ended up aborting its launch at T-3 seconds. The engines started and everything, it just never took off. Quite a disappointment, but it was still very memorable. Waited out there from one in the morning to see it almost lift off at sunrise.
